The Labour Court recommended that HSE North East concede the Irish Nurses Organisation’s claims over conditions in the A&E department at Our Lady's Hospital in Navan, subject to adequate funding. The recommendation was dated 29 August 2006. The claims included clerical cover, a formal triage system, dedicated security and improvements to the building. The Court also recommended raising the matter at the National A&E Forum.
