The Labour Court recommended that Flomeaco Endress & Hauser Limited pay a former General Office Assistant €925 in full and final settlement of her claim for a share of its profit-sharing plan. The recommendation was dated 12 May 2006. The worker had been employed from June 2002 until October 2004. She argued that her contract entitled her to profit sharing and did not say employees who left before year-end forfeited a share. The company said the plan was a goodwill payment and that employees who left during the year had historically forfeited it. The Court recommended a pro-rata payment for the portion of the year she worked.
