The Labour Court recommended that Coillte concede two claims by the Irish Municipal, Public And Civil Trade Union, including payment of the 2004 performance bonus. It did not recommend concession of the union’s annual leave claim, finding no direct link between the grade involved and the Civil Service grade used for comparison. The recommendation was signed on 5 December 2005.
