The Labour Court recommended that Kerry Ingredients Ltd and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union agree clear new wording for their dispute procedures, including a working-under-protest clause and an agreed timeframe. The dispute concerned whether a clause in a 1993 agreement remained available after a 2000 productivity agreement. The Court said both agreements allowed the company to manage its business during a dispute and workers to pursue grievances. Its recommendation was dated 26 September 2005.
