Labour Court rejects Sfadco union’s regrading claim

The Labour Court recommended against a job evaluation exercise sought by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union for an employee transferred to a new post at Sfadco. The Court found in favour of Sfadco’s position that the transfer was a redeployment at the employee’s existing grade, and said the employee was not operating at director level. The recommendation was dated 26 September 2005.
