The Labour Court recommended further talks between Kerry Ingredients and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union on how medically restricted night shift workers could be redeployed to day work while retaining their terms and conditions. The Court said each case should be handled individually if the parties failed to agree a policy. The recommendation was signed on 26 September 2005.
