The Labour Court recommended that Aer Rianta International Airport accept the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s right to represent its members in the company’s Irish operation at Shannon. The Court also recommended that the parties establish a framework for engagement that took account of the company’s need to respond and adapt to its business requirements. The recommendation was signed on 19 September 2005.
