The Labour Court recommended that the Irish Municipal, Public And Civil Trade Union accept Ordnance Survey Ireland’s proposed outsourcing of map revision work. It also recommended a commitment on GIS training, upskilling new L4s and one additional annual leave day for staff during the project. The recommendation was signed on 19 May 2005.
