The Labour Court nominated Tom Wall as independent investigator for a receptionist, telephonist and general clerical assistant’s bullying and harassment grievance at Bon Secours Hospital. The recommendation was signed on 12 May 2005. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union said the worker’s grievances against the hospital’s human resources manager had not been investigated. The hospital said it was willing to use an independent third party, after the union rejected three proposed facilitators.
