The Labour Court recommended that Jurys Doyle Hotel Group could not grant a union claim for Sunday premiums for four security officers at its Ballsbridge property. It considered the claim a cost increase precluded by the Sustaining Progress agreement, but advised that Sunday premiums should be shown separately in pay rates. The recommendation was signed on 18 April 2005. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union brought the claim under the Industrial Relations Act, 1990.
