The Labour Court did not recommend in favour of a general operative’s claim for the semi-skilled rate of pay at the Health Service Executive-Midland Area. The recommendation was signed on 24 February 2005. The Court said the worker’s position was covered by a collective agreement to which he was a party, and that nothing had changed to justify conceding the claim.
