The Labour Court recommended that a worker accept Galco Steel Limited’s position in a dispute over his move from articulated to rigid trucks. The recommendation, signed on 9 November 2004, found no evidence of bullying or harassment and said the pay issue had been resolved after a Rights Commissioners hearing. The worker was again driving an articulated truck on request and receiving the premium rate weekly.
