Labour Court rejects union claim for long-service increment for four Enterprise Ireland workers

The Labour Court rejected the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s claim for a third long-service increment for four Enterprise Ireland workers formerly employed by An Bord Trachtala. The Court accepted that a 1998 arrangement followed a successful regrading claim and did not commit the employer to apply it to later assimilations. The recommendation was signed on 26 October 2004.
