Labour Court recommends interim 4% pay increase at Irish Express Cargo

The Labour Court recommended an interim 4% pay increase at Irish Express Cargo from 1 January 2003, in addition to an increase already paid from that date. The recommendation was dated 15 April 2003. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union had sought Programme for Prosperity and Fairness pay terms and union representation in workplace procedures. The Court also recommended that the company provide information on its inability-to-pay position and put grievance, disciplinary, bullying and harassment procedures in place.
