The Labour Court recommended that Kranks Korner pay future wage increases on the due dates set by the Joint Labour Committee. The recommendation was signed on 13 February 2003. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union had sought Programme for Prosperity and Fairness terms, a Sunday-work premium and timely P60s. Kranks Korner did not attend the hearing but said it complied with wage and Sunday-premium rules and that the delayed P60s had since been issued. The Court noted that employees had received copies of their P60s.
