Labour Court rejects patrol officer’s unfair dismissal claim against Euro Car Parks

The Labour Court did not recommend concession of a patrol officer’s unfair dismissal claim against Euro Car Parks (Ireland) Limited. The recommendation was signed on 13 February 2003. The worker said he had not been told that his performance fell below the required standard. The company said it gave him regular training and feedback, and ended his employment after five months of support. Having considered the parties’ submissions and oral evidence, the Court found insufficient grounds for the claim.
