The Labour Court recommended that St. Judes G.A.A. Club withdraw and expunge a written warning given to a bar manager after he left his duties for about 15 minutes over a stool obstruction he considered a safety hazard. The Court said he was wrong to leave the bar area, but found that the incident which prompted him to do so was inappropriate and provocative and had not been given due weight. The recommendation was dated 23 January 2003.
