The Labour Court did not recommend in favour of a Teagasc worker’s claim that the employer failed to prevent alleged bullying. The recommendation was dated 23 September 2002. The Court found that the worker’s 1986 complaint had been handled through the proper channels, and assumed the procedures had been used and honoured because no further complaints followed the official side’s response in February 1987.
