The Labour Court recommended that Dunnes Stores (Northside S.C.) concede a claim by Two Workers, represented by Mandate, to retain their Monday-to-Friday roster. The recommendation was dated 30 August 2002.
The Court accepted that the workers had a personal agreement for weekday shifts and found no operational reason to change it. Dunnes Stores had added Saturdays to their roster and did not attend the hearing.
