Labour Court recommends two pay increments for six Glanbia Drogheda staff

In 2002, the Labour Court recommended two pay increments for six administrative staff at Glanbia Drogheda’s milk processing plant in Drogheda, Co Louth. The first was to take effect from 1 June 2001 in recognition of multi-skilling, flexibility and interchangeability. A second was to apply when training was completed, or from 1 June 2002 if it was still incomplete. The recommendation followed the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s claim for a pay increase with retrospection. It was dated 11 March 2002.
