Labour Court recommends effort to improve Clonmany training supervisor’s pay

In 2002, the Labour Court recommended that management at Clonmany Enterprise And Development Limited try to improve a Community Youth Training Project Supervisor’s rate from local resources. It also recommended that the parties address the claim on a revised timescale. The recommendation was signed on 6 March 2002. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union sought pay and conditions in line with Community Employment Scheme Supervisors. The Court noted that the worker received the agreed national rate but that management considered the claim had merit.
