The Labour Court did not recommend the Irish Municipal, Public And Civil Trade Union’s claim that the Department Of Education implement a pay circular for Early Start staff and Special Needs Assistants. The Court said the union had not produced sufficient evidence to justify the claim and considered the Department’s offer reasonable. The recommendation was signed on 18 February 2002.
