The Labour Court did not recommend that Dublin Hotels concede Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s claim for additional annual leave. The recommendation was dated 25 January 2002. The union sought four extra days for workers on five-over-seven schedules and one extra day for Monday-to-Friday workers. The Court said their leave entitlements remained in line with comparable employments and did not accept the union’s argument.
