In 2001, the Labour Court recommended that Incline Repair Services Limited cooperate with procedures for resolving a union-recognition dispute raised by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union. The union said the company had not responded to a request to discuss members' employment conditions. The company said it had a good working relationship with staff and an adequate grievance process. In a recommendation signed on 21 May 2001, the Court said the matter should proceed under the procedures in S.I. 145 of 2000, including referral to the Labour Relations Commission's Advisory Service.
