In 2001, the Labour Court recommended that Arramara Teo compensate workers for significant overtime losses since 1998, at 125% of their total annual loss. The recommendation was dated 12 February 2001. The dispute also covered Partnership 2000 pay and a bonus scheme. The Court made no recommendation on the pay issue after the company said it had given employees 1.5% and paid above the required level to compensate for late payments. It recommended that the parties discuss possible changes to the bonus scheme. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union represented 11 general operatives.
