The Labour Court recommended that RSK Ireland Limited meet a worker represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union to discuss claims for unfair dismissal, overtime and holiday pay. It said the parties should use available records to establish any entitlement and could seek help from the Labour Relations Commission. The union sought £1,520.32 for overtime and holiday payments, as well as compensation for loss of employment. The Court said unresolved issues could be referred back after one month. Its recommendation was signed on 11 August 2000.
