The Labour Court did not recommend a pay increase for three Sercom Solutions Quality Controllers, finding their claim barred under Partnership 2000. The recommendation was signed on 26 May 2000. The Graphical, Paper And Media Union sought an extra £40 a week for the employees, backdated to the first week of October 1999. It said the claimants performed skilled inspection work but were paid the transport/general worker rate. Sercom Solutions said the claim was barred under Partnership 2000.
