The Labour Court recommended that North Eastern Health Board not concede the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union's claim for a travel allowance for two psychiatric nurses working at St. Mark's Hostel. The Court was not satisfied that the nurses qualified for the allowance under the Castlerea Formula. Its recommendation was signed on 22 May 2000.
