Labour Court recommends a week’s wages for dismissed Ers Computers worker

The Labour Court recommended compensation equal to a week’s wage for a worker dismissed by Ers Computers. The recommendation was dated 12 June 1998. The company said the worker was dismissed after a colleague asked him to leave her alone and he became argumentative when questioned about her complaint. The worker said he was dismissed without justification and alleged that the managing director had harassed him by advising him against a personal relationship with a colleague.
