Labour Court recommends against worker’s constructive dismissal complaint at Park Printing

In 1998, the Labour Court recommended that a worker’s constructive dismissal complaint against Park Printing Limited was without merit or foundation. The worker had agreed to be bound by the recommendation. The worker alleged abuse, poor office conditions and underpayment. Park Printing said she had resigned voluntarily and received all the money due to her. The worker did not attend the hearing, and the Court considered her written submission alongside the company’s written and oral submissions. Its recommendation was signed on 8 June 1998.
