The Labour Court found no grounds to concede the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s claim that two Leo Laboratories workers should be placed on the old non-integrated pension scheme. The recommendation was signed on 6 October 1997. The union argued that the workers were in a less favourable scheme than their staff-grade colleagues. The Court considered only the two claimants and noted that they had signed contracts specifying that they would remain in the integrated, non-contributory scheme.
