The Labour Court recommended phased pay increases at Francodale Limited T/A Midleton Door Designs following a dispute referred by the Amalgamated Transport And General Workers Union. The Court recommended payment of the first phase of the P.C.W. from a current date, the second phase from 1 April 1996, and discussions on retrospection at the end of 1996. It also considered the dispute over one worker’s adult rate of pay. The recommendation was signed on 12 December 1995.
