The Labour Court recommended changes to the incentive scheme for clickers at Dubarry Limited after a dispute with the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union. It proposed changing clauses 4 and 5 of the disputes procedure to 3.5%, with the rate set at 4% for a three-month period each year. The two sides were to agree the dates for that period and review the scheme’s performance at the end of July 1996. The recommendation was signed on 15 August 1995.
