Labour Court recommends 4% pay increase at Saehan Media

The Labour Court recommended that Saehan Media Ireland Limited increase its phase-two Programme for Competitiveness and Work offer to 4% from 1 March 1995, and that the revised offer be accepted. The decision does not say who should accept it. The Employee Council had sought a 14.5% rise, following an earlier one-year agreement for a 3% increase. The Court also recommended a joint job evaluation system during phase two and urged management and the council to address communication problems. The recommendation was signed on 14 August 1995.
