The Labour Court recommended that Bord Na Mona increase its fixed cessor-pay offer for seasonal workers from £200 to £300 for 1994. The recommendation was signed on 29 May 1995. The I.C.T.U. Group Of Unions said seasonal workers’ holiday-pay entitlement had fallen as their hours declined and sought a fixed payment or an averaging of hours. Bord Na Mona said it complied with its agreement with the unions and holiday legislation.
