The Labour Court recommended that workers cooperate with the introduction of a second motor apprenticeship pilot at Waterford Training Centre, after the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union declined to cooperate pending a review. It also recommended that the parties exchange information from earlier pilot courses and discuss an instructor’s claim promptly. The recommendation was signed on 14 June 1994.
