In 1994, the Labour Court recommended that Claidhe Mor Family Centre and Impact submit a staff regrading claim to an agreed independent third party for evaluation. The recommendation was signed on 30 May 1994. Impact sought regrading to Social Worker scales after an earlier agreement with management was not funded by the Eastern Health Board. The Court said the case was well made for reassessing the claimants’ grading, but recommended an evaluation rather than direct regrading.
