In 1993, the Labour Court recommended £200 compensation for an apprentice florist it found had been constructively dismissed by Molly Blooms. The recommendation was dated 25 June. The worker said a new roster required hours that exceeded limits for young workers and that, after she asked to keep her job, the company told her she was sacked. Molly Blooms said she had left voluntarily and the roster complied with her employment terms. The Court found she had been unfairly treated because she was asked to work inappropriate hours.
