The Labour Court recommended that Kingspan Limited increase its compensation offer to £2,000 for a worker whose weekly pay had been cut. The recommendation was dated 4 February 1992. The worker’s pay had fallen by about £55 a week after Kingspan reassessed responsibilities and pay in its polyflex department. The company had offered £1,250, while the worker sought £2,500. The Court recommended £2,000 in full settlement of the claim.
