Labour Court recommends storekeeper regrading for two Bus Eireann workers

The Labour Court recommended regrading two stores issuers at Bus Eireann as storekeepers, effective from 1 December 1987. The recommendation was signed on 22 April 1988. The Irish Transport And General Workers' Union sought the change after a job evaluation found the roles similar in value to storekeeper posts. Bus Eireann disputed that assessment, citing greater responsibility in Dublin garages and the additional costs of regrading.
