WRC recommends grievance investigation into Sales Manager’s complaint

The Workplace Relations Commission recommended that a Plant Hire Company conduct an independent grievance investigation into a Sales Manager’s complaint about a meeting after his resignation. The recommendation was dated 10 October 2024. The Sales Manager and a co-worker said the meeting was hostile and that they were accused of deleting company files. The managing director gave a different account. The WRC recommended that the investigation use the workers’ joint communication as its terms of reference and that they be offered three proposed adjudicators to choose from.
