WRC officer recommends Social Care Manager accept complaint was not against her employer

A WRC adjudication officer recommended that a Social Care Manager accept that her complaint was not made against her employer, A Government Department. The recommendation was dated 8 July 2024. The department argued that it was not the worker’s employer. The officer found that the worker was not employed by the named respondent and recommended that she accept the complaint was not made against her employer.
