The Labour Court held that Aivars Juchnevicius and Robertas Preiksaitis were covered by the construction industry Registered Employment Agreement while working for Comerford Developments (IRL) Ltd. The decision was signed on 3 October 2011. The applicants asked whether the agreement applied to their employment. The company did not attend the hearing. On the uncontested evidence, the Court held that the agreement related to them from the respective employment dates stated in the decision.
