The Labour Court decided that two cleaners employed by MCR Personnel Limited were not covered by the Registered Employment Agreement for the Construction Industry. The decision was signed on 5 August 2008. The workers argued that their work on building sites brought them within the agreement. The company said they were employed as cleaners and did no construction work.
