The Labour Court determined that G4S Secure Solutions Ireland Ltd pay Mr Pawel Zadruzny €3,500 under a Rights Commissioner decision the employer had not implemented. The determination was signed on 26 October 2012. Zadruzny referred the matter to the Court under section 29(8) of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. No appeal had been brought against the Rights Commissioner decision within the appeal time limit.
