Labour Court ·

The Labour Court affirmed the decision that a worker’s complaint about the hours in his contract of indefinite duration was outside the time limit. The determination was signed on 29 August 2016. The Court also ordered a refund of his €300 appeal fee. The Court found the educational body’s final position on the proposed hours was clear by 2 April 2015. The worker began proceedings six months and six days later. The complaint was brought outside the time limit and was not well founded; the merits were not decided.
