The Labour Court determined that Musgrave Group must regard Owen Hosford as employed on a contract of indefinite duration from 24 December 2014. The determination was dated 25 August 2016. Hosford complained that Musgrave Group had not implemented an earlier Adjudication Officer decision. The Court said that decision had not been carried out and had not been appealed within the time limit. It directed the company to recognise Hosford’s contract in accordance with that decision.
