The Labour Court found that Fás had not implemented a Rights Commissioner’s decision and directed it to acknowledge John Lamon’s employment on a contract of indefinite duration from 25 July 2008. The determination was signed on 10 January 2012. Lamon had complained that Fás failed to carry out the earlier decision; no appeal against that decision was brought within the time limit.
