The Labour Court required HSE South to pay Asem Handy at the Category 1 Consultants rate from 1 December 2001 until his employment ended on 30 September 2006. The determination was signed on 26 April 2011. Handy complained that HSE South had not implemented an earlier Rights Commissioner's decision. The Court found that the decision had not been carried out and directed payment in accordance with it.
