The Labour Court rejected Adina Predut's appeal against Rapier Contract Services Limited, finding both her race discrimination and victimisation complaints not well founded. The determination was signed on 16 January 2018. Predut said an Irish colleague had a better weekday roster while she worked shifts across mornings, evenings and nights. The Court found the colleague's different hours followed contractual terms retained after a transfer of undertakings and were not related to Predut's race. On victimisation, it found she had not identified the protected action she took or whom she complained to, so she had not established the facts required for that complaint.
